It would be awesome if you could do a body switch thing with a punk kid who makes fun of his old fat grandpa (This guy: http://imgur.com/58vLjXd ) and so somehow they switch bodies. But when they want to switch back, something goes wrong, like his grandpa refuses, or some rule was broke or time limit. The new grandson then makes fun of his new grandpa and tells him he deserves it.
I like those kinds of stories as well - maybe make a story where a young kid acquires his bosses position through a bit of magic, but over time, he eventually becomes his fat, middle-aged boss, through a slow series of physical/mental TF? I really enjoy young thin guys into older, more mature men :)
